ENDURING CHANGE
Where leadership behaviours are strengthened, sustained, and pressure‑ready.
CHANGE THAT LASTS
To build leadership behaviours that last, I use a mixed‑method diagnostic of your current leadership culture. This includes structured interviews, behavioural observation, pulse‑surveys, and analysis of cultural artefacts. These data points reveal the real behavioural drivers at play - capability, opportunity, and motivation - mapped directly against the Behaviour Change Wheel (Michie et al., 2011). Combined with my military experience training leaders to think and act decisively under pressure, this diagnostic provides an evidence‑based picture of how your leaders currently operate when stakes rise, and where targeted intervention will have the greatest effect.
From this foundation, I develop clear recommendations and practical behavioural guidance shaped by the Transtheoretical Model of Change (Prochaska & DiClemente, 1983). Leaders are supported through the stages of change - from awareness and preparation to action and maintenance - with strategies designed to reinforce new behaviours over time. This includes habit‑building protocols, environmental adjustments, peer‑supported practice, and leadership routines adapted from military command principles to embed decisive, pressure‑ready behaviours into daily operations. The result is a sustained shift in how leaders show up when it matters most, not just immediately after training.
